Our services are provided on a mandate-specific basis. Each engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) detailing the specific scope, timelines, and deliverables.

We maintain the highest professional standards in our analytical work and strategic counsel. Our recommendations are based on the best available information at the time of delivery.

3. Client Responsibilities

The effectiveness of our advisory depends on the accurate and timely provision of necessary information. Clients are responsible for the ultimate implementation and operational decisions stemming from our strategic counsel.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All advisory engagements are strictly confidential. Both parties agree to protect proprietary information and project-specific intelligence throughout and following the completion of the mandate.

5. Liability Limitation

PEARLPAY GROUP provides strategic advisory and consulting. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial brokerage services. Our liability is limited to the professional fee associated with the specific mandate.

6. Governing Law

These terms and specific advisory mandates are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
